We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, for example in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock unavailability, in which case you will receive a full refund.

We accept payment via the methods shown at checkout (including major credit/debit cards and digital wallets). Payment is taken at the time of order. All transactions are processed securely through Shopify's encrypted checkout.

6. Delivery

7. Returns and Refunds

8. Your Right to Cancel

Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel most orders within 14 days of receipt without giving a reason, in addition to the rights set out in our Returns & Refunds Policy.
